Half Mill Contracting Company completed the Quality Commercial Tower project in Riyadh, more than 20 days ahead of schedule. This achievement reflects the company’s commitment to quality standards and speed of implementation.
The 12-story project was implemented within an integrated work environment, encompassing the engineering design phases, construction work, interior finishes, and smart systems for security, elevators, and energy management.
Engineer Asim Diab Hijazi, Chairman of the Board of Directors, stated, “We are proud of this achievement, which proves Half Mill’s ability to exceed expectations in terms of quality and timeline, without compromising safety standards or customer satisfaction.”
It is worth noting that the project was fully implemented in accordance with the Saudi Building Code, with strict application of HSE regulations for occupational health and safety, and witnessed daily field monitoring by the engineering supervision team.
